The New Mexicans, located at 1416 Hewitt Ave in Everett, WA, is quickly becoming a beloved spot for those craving authentic Southwestern flavors. Customers rave about the diverse menu, which features not only classic Mexican dishes but also all-day breakfast options. One highlight is the Smoked Chicken Enchilada, praised by Paige McLaren for its deliciousness and fair pricing. Meanwhile, the Cinnamon Roll French Toast has garnered attention from Sanh Ha, who appreciated its moist texture and delightful sweetness—no syrup required!
Beyond the food, the friendly and accommodating service stands out. Mariam Greb underscores this, noting the diner’s willingness to accommodate special requests, making the dining experience feel personalized. For Renee Permenter, the atmosphere evokes fond memories of home, likening it to stepping into her Abuela's kitchen, filled with laughter and positivity.
Overall, The New Mexicans strikes the perfect balance of authenticity and warmth, making it a must-visit spot for food lovers in the area. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, their vibrant dishes and welcoming vibe are sure to keep you coming back for more.

Amazing food, great service! Had the Smoked Chicken Enchilada! Yumm, and had the other half for lunch the next day. Delish! Very fair pricing!

Great spot for breakfast all day! Southwestern style food, friendly service and a homey diner feel. They didn't have waffles, pancakes or cinnamon rolls, said those are available on weekends. But we were pleased with the french toast and pop's breakfast. My mom doesn't eat pork so we subbed brisket and instead of toast we asked for an extra egg, they didn't charge for the substitutions. Not bad for the portion sizes, including 2 coffees, we paid 32 tip. Accessible, good size bathrm and easy street parking. We'll be back. Recommended.

Highly and exceptional service. Their cinnamon roll french toast was very good. I didn't even need a syrup since it was sweet enough for me. The bread was very moisture to perfection. Note: I haven't tried their Mexican entrees but I plan to return to sample them.

This place is amazing. Yes, the spice level has been washing-toned down, as the owner says, but this is authentic food. A New Mexico native myself, I keep comming back. It is like walking into your Abuela’s kitchen. Great food, great laughs, and always a positive atmosphere.

Dined In with some friends for lunch and had a pleasant, enjoyable experience. Customer service was friendly, and the food was satisfactory. I especially liked the sopapillas-made perfectly. Food had plenty of flavor and you can add chiles to your food for an extra kick!

Came here based on a friend’s recommendation and we were not disappointed. Ribs that completely fall of the bone, amazing cornbread with a nice honey butter, and baked beans that rocked. Prices are very reasonable with insanely low prices during happy hour. A must if you’re on the area!

Came here with husband and toddler. Server gentleman was lovely. (All the staff folks seemed happy and nice.) They have delicious margaritas and food was good! We will definitely be back.
